Find support that fits your needs

Welcome

Care-Link is a small family run support agency established in Adelaide in 2019, providing high quality home care services to the elderly and NDIS participants.

Our founder Helen is a dedicated and experienced carer who has spent over 20 years working in the industry. Her passion for providing high-quality care led her in 2019 to start her own boutique care agency here in Adelaide, where she specialises in connecting experienced and compassionate carers with clients. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Helen is committed to ensuring that her clients receive the best possible care and support. She strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for her clients, and works tirelessly to ensure that they are comfortable and well-cared for.

We believe everyone’s journey is unique and you deserve a tailored support plan made just for you. That’s why we spend the time to get to know you and build a plan that will best support you to achieve your goals.

We are a genuine, caring group who will work closely with you to ensure your funding is targeted to give you the best outcomes.

We offer private care services for aged members of the community, those recovering from surgery or injury and NDIS participants who need assistance with activities or daily living in their own homes.

What our clients are saying

Sue

Private home care assistance

“I've spoken to Mum who is confident that she can manage on her own, in a modified way as her hand gradually gets stronger. So, we thought Friday (tomorrow) morning would be her last visit.  Thank you so much for the highly professional care you have provided. Mum has been so happy with it and enjoyed the company of the carers! It was lovely to meet you and to experience, second hand, mums sense of safety and confidence with your care.

Thanks again. Warm regards Sue”

NDIS Participant

"I have been fortunate enough to have a support worker for the past few months and I cannot thank them enough for all the help and support they have provided me. As a person living with a disability, performing daily tasks such as getting ready for work, cooking meals, and attending social events and medical appointments used to be a struggle. But with the assistance of my support worker, I am now able to do all of these things with ease.

The flexibility of the service is also something that I appreciate, it allows me to schedule my support according to my own needs and timing. The support worker is always punctual and dependable, I know I can count on them whenever I need their help.”
